In keeping with DMB's approach to create legacy projects, DMB has modified the existing entitlements for our 24-acre mixed-use project, Centerpoint on Mill in Tempe. Changes will create a vibrant, mixed-use urban environment featuring residential, retail, entertainment, hospitality and office uses. Centerpoint on Mill was one of DMB's first commercial projects and involved the re-development of the property in partnership with the City of Tempe. We are excited about being a part of the next generation of urban revitalization efforts under way on Mill Ave.

DC Ranch, in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a nationally-acclaimed private golf and residential community located in the western foothills of the McDowell Mountains. Cargill, the property owner, has engaged DMB Associates to lead an extensive communitywide outreach process to solicit community opinions and establish community priorities. Once this prioritization process is complete, a draft long-term plan for the future use of the 1,400-acre site will be created.

Santaluz, in San Diego, is a premier coastal golf community that creates a strong sense of connection to the land. Its low average density of one home per four acres allows the creation of unique design elements, such as circular home sites, to emphasize a blending of landscaping and early California architecture within the natural contours of the terrain.
