In keeping with DMB's approach to create legacy projects, DMB has modified the existing entitlements for our 24-acre mixed-use project, Centerpoint on Mill in Tempe. Changes will create a vibrant, mixed-use urban environment featuring residential, retail, entertainment, hospitality and office uses. Centerpoint on Mill was one of DMB's first commercial projects and involved the re-development of the property in partnership with the City of Tempe. We are excited about being a part of the next generation of urban revitalization efforts under way on Mill Ave.

Cargill, the property owner, has engaged DMB Associates to lead an extensive communitywide outreach process to solicit community opinions and establish community priorities. Once this prioritization process is complete, a draft long-term plan for the future use of the 1,400-acre site will be created.
