Mesa Proving Grounds includes 3,200 acres located northeast of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport in Mesa, Arizona. The site represents the last significant privately owned land holding in the fast-growing southeast valley. DMB has embarked upon a listening and learning process with City leaders, residents and businesses to explore potential long-term uses for the site. This process will assist DMB in developing an appropriate land plan for the property. It is DMB’s vision that Mesa Proving Grounds will be a catalyst for the type of development being sought by regional leaders for this important and strategically situated part of the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
