MARLEY PARK’S HERITAGE POOL HOUSE OPENS

Marley Park residents joined in Saturday’s grand opening celebration of the Heritage Pool House, a private recreational facility for residents that offers year-round opportunities for swimming, playing, entertaining and relaxation. The new amenity for Marley Park, a DMB community in Surprise, Ariz., is situated on approximately 2 acres and located adjacent to the community’s Heritage Club. The Heritage Pool House includes a recreational play pool, lap pool, outdoor event lawn, a multi-purpose room, a fire pit, ramadas, barbecues and meeting space.   Read more»

RECORD NUMBERS PARTICIPATE IN 6TH ANNUAL RUN FOR LIFE AT DC RANCH

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (March 12, 2008) – Nearly 700 participants crossed the finish line at Sunday’s 6th annual Run for Life at DC Ranch, marking the largest number of participants in the Run’s 6-year history and generating more than $4,000 for Ryan House, the benefiting organization that offers essential palliative care for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Young Ryan Cottor, for whom Ryan House is named and who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type I-II, a degenerative neurological disorder, inspired fellow participants by joining this year’s Run in his wheelchair.   Read more»

BANNER HEALTH MOVES FORWARD ON SOUTHWEST VALLEY HOSPITAL CAMPUS; ACQUIRES 60-ACRE SITE IN VERRADO

BUCKEYE, Ariz. (Dec. 11, 2007) – Banner Health’s plans for a regional hospital campus in the Southwest Valley took a significant step forward with the acquisition of 60 acres of land in Buckeye from DMB Associates, Inc. 4th Annual Tour de Scottsdale Draws Hundreds of Cyclists

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – On Sunday, Oct. 14, nearly 800 cyclists crowded Market Street at DC Ranch in north Scottsdale for the fourth annual Tour de Scottsdale – Building Trails, Building Families, a 70-mile bicycling event. The swarm of cyclists pedaled their way through five Valley cities including Scottsdale, Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Fountain Hills before racing to the finish line at DC Ranch, to benefit two local charities, Rebuilding Together and the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy.   Read more»
