DMB Board of Directors

DMB was formed in 1984 by three founding members who were individually and jointly involved in all acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development activities for DMB's real estate portfolio.

The DMB name comes from the first initials of each of our three founding partners - Drew Brown, Mark Sklar and Bennett Dorrance. Today, the three founding members comprise a very active Board of Directors that provides strategic direction for the Company's priorities, capital structure, projects and culture.

Drew M. Brown
Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and President
Drew Brown is a founding member of DMB and serves as a Managing Director on the DMB Board of Directors. Drew also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President. As CEO and President, he is responsible for leading DMB's strategic direction, providing executive leadership of the Executive Committee, and strategic oversight of the Executive Leadership Team.

Mark N. Sklar
Managing Director
Mark Sklar is a founding member of DMB and serves as a Managing Director on the DMB Board of Directors.

Bennett Dorrance
Managing Director
Bennett Dorrance is a founding member of DMB and serves as a Managing Director on the DMB Board of Directors.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee ("EC") is led by the Chief Executive Officer and is ultimately responsible for matters of strategic significance. The EC provides the Senior Management Team strategic leadership, direction, and executive level decision-making to ensure the Company operates efficiently and effectively.

Eneas A. Kane
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Eneas Kane serves as co-chairman of the ELT, providing executive oversight of Company operations. In addition, he provides strategic direction for all operations, land use entitlement and political activities, with focus on evaluation of new business opportunities.

Timothy A. Kaehr
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Tim Kaehr serves as co-chairman of the ELT, providing executive oversight of Company operations, and is responsible for strategic direction of all financial and capital structure matters for the Company's operations.

James C. Hoselton
Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer
Jim Hoselton provides guidance for the business planning, market position and vision for DMB's communities and businesses. He plays a key leadership role in the oversight of DMB community development teams and the evaluation of new business opportunities.

Charley Freericks
Senior Vice President, Organization and Operations
Charley Freericks provides strategic oversight of DMB's development and management teams, including corporate organization, team formation and deployment of talent. He provides tactical oversight and leadership development to teams, managers, and employees throughout the organization.

Executive Leadership Team

The Executive Leadership Team ("ELT") includes members of the Executive Committee and is composed of senior managers exercising enterprise-wide oversight of specific corporate functions and senior project and general management representatives whose expertise have a broad strategic impact on the company.

Mary Alexander
Vice President and General Counsel
Mary Alexander serves as DMB's general counsel. She oversees DMB's legal and risk management matters and provides guidance, training and overall legal support for DMB's communities and businesses.

Andrew S. Beams
Vice President, Finance
Andy Beams provides strategic finance leadership on all finance initiatives and operations for DMB.

John L. Bradley
Vice President and General Manager, Mesa Proving Grounds
John Bradley serves as the General Manager of DMB's Mesa Proving Grounds community in Mesa, Arizona. He is responsible for directing all aspects of the community's public approval process, design, development and operations. Additionally, he provides executive oversight of DMB's Revenue Management Committee, the team of people responsible for leading initiatives in residential land sales.

Irene Carroll
Vice President and General Manager, One Scottsdale
Irene Carroll serves as General Manager for DMB's One Scottsdale mixed-use community in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, design, development and operations.

Nadine Corrigan
Vice President, Marketing
Nadine Corrigan leads DMB's corporate marketing initiatives and provides strategic marketing guidance, planning, oversight and creative support for all DMB communities and businesses.

Michael A. DeBell
Executive Vice President
Michael DeBell is responsible for executive oversight of Centerpoint, a mixed-use redevelopment project in Tempe, Arizona and for Superstition Springs in Mesa, Arizona. Additionally, he serves on the advisory board of Village Health Clubs and Spas, providing senior oversight to the President and CEO. He also serves as senior advisor to Hangar One.

Dirk Ellsworth
Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Dirk Ellsworth provides leadership and oversight of DMB's corporate information services and is responsible for providing strategic technology guidance, planning and support for its various corporate operations, community development teams and businesses.

Brent Herrington
Vice President and General Manager, DC Ranch and Silverleaf
Brent Herrington is the General Manager for DMB's DC Ranch and Silverleaf communities in Scottsdale, AZ and provides executive oversight to the management team of the Kukui`ula community in Kaua`i, Hawaii. He is the executive leader for Community Lifestyle and Operations, providing strategic oversight for DMB's country clubs, community operations and lifestyle programs companywide. Additionally, he is active in the conceptual planning of DMB's communities.

Mark C. Kehke
Senior Vice President
Mark Kehke is responsible for leading DMB's entitlement and community development activities across California including El Rancho San Benito in San Benito County, CA, Tejon Mountain Village in Kern County, CA and Redwood City Industrial Saltworks in Redwood City, CA. He is particularly focused on working with a broad range of stakeholders building consensus in support of the creation of great communities.

Robert A. Mayhew
Vice President, DMB Commercial
Robert Mayhew oversees the development, design, and management of DMB's commercial properties including Market Street, Canyon Village and The Crossing at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ, Centerpoint on Mill in Tempe, AZ, One Scottsdale in Scottsdale, AZ and commercial components in DMB's Verrado and Kukui`ula communities.

Terry D. Randall
Vice President and General Manager, Santaluz
Terry Randall provides strategic leadership as the General Manager for DMB's Santaluz community in San Diego, CA, and serves as project liaison with Rancho Mission Viejo Company ("RMV") for Ladera Ranch and other joint investments with RMV.

Nickolas A. Taratsas
Vice President, Development and Operations
Nick Taratsas oversees DMB's development initiatives and provides strategic guidance and support for DMB's development operations.

Karrin Kunasek Taylor
Vice President, Entitlements
Karrin Kunasek Taylor is responsible for ongoing land use entitlement matters, zoning and public affairs for DMB. She provides leadership and strategic oversight for obtaining and managing land use approvals for the Company's communities and businesses.

Senior Management

The Senior Management Team ("SMT") includes members of the Executive Leadership Team and is further composed of the general management of DMB's communities and experts representing major enterprise-wide functions within the Company.

John Paul Bruno
Vice President and General Manager, Redwood City Industrial Saltworks
John Bruno is the General Manager of Redwood City Industrial Saltworks (RCIS) in Redwood City, CA . He is leading the public outreach and participation process to determine the appropriate future use of this site. Redwood City Industrial Saltworks is a venture between DMB and Cargill.

Kim B. Boutelier
Vice President and General Manager, El Rancho San Benito
Kim Boutelier is the General Manager of the El Rancho San Benito (ERSB) in San Benito County, CA. He provides oversight of a public outreach and participation process to determine the appropriate future use of this site, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's design, development and operations. El Rancho San Benito is a venture between DMB and Longwood San Benito, LLC.

George Casey
Vice President and General Manager, Verrado
George Casey is the General Manager of DMB's Verrado community in Buckeye, AZ. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's design, development and operations.

Richard A. Holtzman
Vice President and General Manager, Kukui`ula
Dick Holtzman is the General Manager of DMB's Kukui`ula community in Kaua`i, Hawai`i. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's design, development and operations. Kukui`ula is a partnership between DMB and Alexander and Baldwin

Luna Horwitz
Director, Talent
Luna Horwitz oversees all activities in DMB's Talent function, particularly related to employee relations and human resource management including recruiting, training, organizational development, corporate culture, business planning, internal communication and recognition.

Daniel T. Kelly
General Manager, Marley Park
Dan Kelly is the General Manager of DMB's Marley Park community in Surprise, AZ. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of this primary-home community's design, development and operations.

Thomas E. Lucas
Vice President, Residential Development, Mesa Proving Grounds
Tom Lucas is responsible for residential development at DMB's Mesa Proving Grounds community in Mesa, AZ. He is the leader of DMB's Revenue Management committee, the team of people responsible for leading initiatives in residential land sales.

Roberta Marshall
Vice President and General Manager, Tejon Mountain Village
Roberta Marshall is the General Manager of Tejon Mountain Village (TMV) in Kern County, CA., a venture between DMB and the Tejon Ranch Corp. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's entitlements, design, development and operations.

Fawn E. Medesha
Vice President
Fawn Medesha is responsible for management of the information systems project office. She is also responsible for oversight of technology projects for DMB's communities and businesses.

David O’Donoghue
Vice President, Club and Resort Operations
David O'Donoghue serves as General Manager for the Silverleaf Club, DMB's signature private golf club and spa located in Scottsdale, Arizona. He also leads the successful design, development and ongoing operations of club, spa and golf facilities in all DMB communities.

Mike Roberts
Vice President
Mike Roberts is a member of DMB's Entitlement Team focusing on DMB's California communities. He is also frequently involved in the evaluation, planning and entitlements of new projects for DMB.

Melinda Gulick
Vice President, Community Life
Melinda Gulick serves as the Town Manager for DC Ranch, DMB's flagship community located in Scottsdale, Arizona. She also leads the design, creation and ongoing operations of authentic, sustainable, active and engaged community life in all DMB communities.
